Founded in 1979 in Northamptonshire, T&K began as a small garage-based window fitting business. As demand grew, we expanded into manufacturing, opening our Finedon factory in the early 1980s and delivering a fully integrated service from design to installation and aftercare.

Our product range includes windows, doors, roof replacements (glass & tiled), roofline systems, extensions, and conservatories—all designed for comfort, security, and performance.

With over 65,000 installations completed, our reputation is built on skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customers who return and recommend us time and again.

We continue to invest in innovation and sustainability, including a £1M facility upgrade, solar energy, and low-emission vehicles. Our range now includes energy-efficient windows, secure doors, advanced roofing systems, and bespoke extensions.

Our Story

1979

Kevin Johnson starts T&K from his garage.

1984

Then rents units in Wellingborough & Burton Latimer before purchasing a factory in Finedon. In 2001, T&K then moves again.

1991-1992

T&K becomes one of a handful of companies to be awarded the first BSI Kitemark for windows.

2006

T&K acquires Acorn Aluminium.

2011

Ecostar Double Glazing starts trading in Melbourne, led by Craig Johnson.

2018

T&K acquires Padiham Glass.

2018

£2.2 million was invested in the factory expansion to 57,000sq ft - equivalent to two and a half football pitches. £1.4 million was also invested in machinery.
