Modern and traditional flush sash casement window styles

Flush sash casement windows have their name because they have sashes that do not protrude past the frames, which gives them a flat or ‘flush’ appearance. Stylish but understated, we equip them with modern security hardware. Therefore, they’re a reliable window choice for any homeowners who want complete peace of mind when it comes to the security of their home. Here at T&K Home Improvements, we have 3 different types available:

Energy efficient uPVC windows in Market Harborough, Peterborough, Banbury and Dunstable

One of the most impressive benefits of our uPVC flush sash windows is their energy efficiency. Achieving a Window Energy Rating as high as A++ if triple glazed, their heat retention is truly outstanding. As a result, there is a good chance of reducing your energy bills, especially if they’re used to replace windows that are especially old.

Because they’re built from uPVC, a material that can be cleaned with absolute ease, keeping them looking their best is no problem at all either. A reliable window solution that can continue to perform for 35 years or more, it’s difficult to go wrong when opting to have them fitted to your home.

Here at T&K, our timber casement windows are also available in a flush variety. So, you can enjoy this classic window style in the material that they were originally built from. However, this is where the comparisons with traditional options ends, because the way they perform is nothing like the windows of old.

Combining timber’s natural insulation qualities with modern glazing, they’re able to achieve Window Energy Ratings (WER) of A+, so you can expect them to keep your home warm and potentially lower your energy bill. They come in 3 different types of wood (Engineered Redwood, Grandis & European Oak) and a huge range of paint and stain finishes. This means there are a wealth of rich finishes from which to choose. If retreated every 7 years or so, you can expect them to last for 60 years or more too!
