What is Secured by Design?
Secured by Design is the official police security initiative that works to improve the security of homes and their immediate surroundings to provide safe places to live and visit. It has a product-based accreditation scheme (the Police Preferred Specification) which provides a recognised standard for all security products that can deter and reduce crime.
Here at T&K, we are one of the many companies producing thousands of attack-resistant crime prevention products which achieve the Police Preferred Specification. The specification is the only way for companies like us to obtain police recognition for security-related products in the UK.
SBD Accredited Windows
