Marketing Apprentice wanted

At T&K we have a long history in providing successful apprenticeships and supporting young people on their career path.

And we are currently looking for an apprentice to provide marketing and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing manager and assist managing the show site and related materials.

Applicants must have 5 or more A*/9- C/4 GCSE grades and be IT literate, have good communication skills and be willing to learn and develop.

They must also be honest and guided by strong moral principles, be willing to work together as part of a team and have the drive to be outstanding in everything they do.

Working out of our Kettering base, you will be required to install windows, doors and conservatories on customer premises, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard and in line with all Health & Safety requirements. All our teams are operating under fully COVID-19 secure procedures.

Applicants must have experience of fitting windows, doors, and conservatories, working with power tools and a variety of fixing materials, proven customer focused experience, excellent time management, a full UK driving license, and a Fenestration Installation Level 2.

Experienced office administrator required

Having closed temporarily at the end of March we are now fully operational and experiencing encouraging increases in sales.

As a result of our increasing sales and customer demand we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our busy team.

Working out of our Kettering base, you will be required to schedule telephone appointments with customers and surveyors; completing all necessary paperwork related to installations and updating paper and IT systems; drafting customer contracts and tracking through to installation/completion; and producing purchase orders, approving related invoices and collecting customer payment.

You will also do general administration including ordering of materials, diary management, drafting customer letters, filing, archiving, and post.

Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in an admin role, telephone-based customer service experience and confidence in speaking to a variety of people, and excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills,

Senior Sales Support Supervisor required

Thanks to increasing sales and customer demand we are rapidly expanding.

To help support our showsite team in Wellingborough we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Support Supervisor

The role will include assisting the T&K Sales and Marketing team, ensuring the highest quality customer service from enquiry to point of sale, and supporting and encouraging our Sales Consultants.

You will also train and develop the Sales Support Administrators, complete KPIs and prepare reports for management and director level and coordinate new starters.

Applicants must have at least three-five years sales and administration experience, be used to working in a supervisory capacity in a sales environment, have excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and CRM systems.

Talented sales consultant required

We are currently expanding our sales team and are seeking an energetic, presentable, IT literate, flexible, driven individual to work within our sales department.

You will be promoting and selling our range of high-quality windows, doors and conservatories and maintaining the excellent brand image we have acquired over 40 plus years.

Based from our show site in Wellingborough, the role will involve visiting clients in their homes, providing quotations and securing sales.

Supporting the Sales Manager in a range of functions will also be fundamental to the position, while occasional Saturday working will be required.

Experience in consumer facing sales is desirable and suitable candidates will need to have a full UK driving licence.
