T&K Home Improvements has now been recognised for this and has achieved IIP accreditation – Investors In People. It’s all part of our commitment to providing the very best installation, which is only possible by being the best employers for the best people.

It’s because of our people, after all, that we’ve recently celebrated 45 successful, continuous years of trading – and why we’re set to keep growing, expanding and improving over the next 45 and beyond.

IIP Accreditation

IIP accreditation isn’t given out lightly. Our recognition for this goes back to June 2023 and involved company-wide assessments: surveys, leadership presentations, employee interviews, and more.

Alongside this, we were monitored on a number of key indicators that sought to understand our values, behaviours, performance management and rewards, as well as our commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable practices. You’ll know we’ve been talking about the latter two a lot recently, with advancements in our factories and eco-friendly aspirations driving us forward into a ‘greener’, more efficient future.

You’ll be pleased to know that we ‘passed first time’, earning the much-coveted IIP accreditation and therefore demonstrating our long-term commitment to being the best business for our team. But, as with our 45th anniversary recently, this doesn’t mean we will rest on our laurels.
